List Providers?

I was hoping I can get some leads on where to find business list providers with the criteria below?


- business contacts with names, addresses, phone and website, and company
revenue
- need to be able to download info
- need to be able to pay monthly
- need to be affordable
- must be updated frequently
- need to make sure that I am not downloading and paying for duplicate companies

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I know Hoovers.com provides similar information and so does jigsaw.com
