List prices or request a quote feature?

if you were choosing a web designer, would you choose one that lists packages and prices or one that has a request quote?

I was recently doing research on graphic designers and I was paying more attention to the sites that offered the packages and prices because it is easier for customers to compare prices and for me I think that when you have a request a quote your prices are usually high.

List packages are usually more effective than request a quote. The main reason would be that most people don't want to wait for an answer; nevertheless, it's not always possible, since every project can be different.

For web design do quotes or packages, don't list individual services becaus ethe amonut of time to compelte each DRASTICALLY changes depending on their needs.
