Looking for link exchanges, SEO help, Advertising, and Translation

I'm working on a site for an Immigration Attorney's company. We've gotten a majority of the initial content up, and are now ready to work on the SEO. We're looking for people interested in link-exchanges, link-backs, etc. We are mainly looking for clean websites with a decent amount of visitors. His previous 3 web sites have had thousands of hits from around the world within the first 3-6 weeks of being up. In addition to the links, we'll have a limited number of advertising slots available. Advertisements will be seen by people of numerous nationalities and cultures, and would be a great way for an OS Commerce or internationally-oriented web site to get noticed. Prices are still being worked on, but I'll update the forum as soon as we sit down and set things up.

I haven't had too much experience using CMS's (Joomla, Mambo, Drupal, etc) and have a few questions about SEO using these systems. Does anyone have any advice? I've been adding tags & keywords to all of the posts, but am not sure what is the best way to get tagged by the spyderz.

Also- The site has already been translated into Russian, with Romanian and Moldavian on the way. Anyone here speak any other languages? We're hoping to get the site to support a minimum of 5-10 languages, with a seamless transition between each. If you are fluent enough in a language to translate for us, then let us know!
