If I wanted to buy closeout and discontinued merchandise from vendors/warehouses/manufacturers and sell it to other vendors/closeout stores ( I would call myself a Liquidation Broker but I can't find any info on that just mortgage, real estate, business, ship and so on ) would a State Vendor License suffice or would I need something else? Or registration?
