Lets talk about Outsorcing, I need your help and opinion

I would like to sell My product to London and more countries in Europe and aswell to EEUU.

Should I have to find a manufacturing outsourcing company in Europe or EEUU? or the Chinesse and Indian ones are more competitive due that they have been working like this for many years.

    Thanks a lot

The answer lies in a few variables to consider (I'll name a few others can pitch in):

    1) Tariffs in doing business with other countries such as China and India. Do a research on that.

    2) Quality Control. Who makes it better?

    3) Pricing.

    4) Trade Laws comparison. EU vs. Asia

    5) Freight and Shipping Costs

After you research this things-make your own determination.
    Hope this helps.

In addition to the points above, it really depends on the products you looking to manufacture, lead times, and resources. I have been in sourcing/procurement for 10+ years and there is no one answer to fit all business needs and models. It is all about supplier risk assessment- determining risk and how to mitigate them. I currently live in Shanghai and know you can get quality products from China. But all the factors mentioned above will really lead you to your answer. If you have any question send me a PM.
