LegalZoom - Has anyone used it?
I heard an ad on the radio for this service. Basically, what they do is have you fill out a questionaire about you and your proposed business. They do all the paperwork and appearently go through the process much faster. They seem legit - they are affiliated/accepted by the BBB. I'm just curious of anyone has used them before. Thanks

They say the average cost of setting up an LLC with a lawyer is 1,500 but they save you 1,200. So its only $300. Too good to be true?

Well, it is probably all fine - but the fee for LLC is usually way less than that and the paperwork easy... and once you mail it in (file it ) youre done - no time constraints...

depends on the state, I know its $125 in Minnesota and $200 in New York (probably a good upper bound on price since its NY afterall), In NY you have to also pay a $25 fee to file a form proving you ran an announcement in the classifieds of the paper.
You just have to call the state dept for your state to find out! its really easy, I find it crazy what a killing lawyers make off of filing a form.
Edited to add:
Look what I found for washington state. It costs $175
http://www.secstate.wa.gov/corps/reg..._schedule.aspx and they have the form for download right online too

I use LegalZoom for incorporating, and for my other legal documentation. I highly recommend them. LegalZoom provides a great service.
