Legal questions, please help
Hi,
I am in the process of starting a thrift store that would carry only designer jeans (Rock & Republic, Rock Revival, True Religion, Seven for all Mankind, Ed Hardy, etc.). The basic concept of my idea is to buy and resell from my customers (something like a Buffalo Exchange) with only designer jeans. I will accept new and used jeans and add a little markup when selling from me store. What licenses would i need? Any information on how to get started? Any help is greatly appreciated. I am located in Orange County and San Diego County California, where I will have a constant flow of traffic.
