Hello everyone,
So I have just had my brochure designed and looks great! One thing that I am concerned with is the use of my advertising affiliates' logo's within my brochure. I am an online advertising directory in Canada and have some logo's of the companies (radio stations, billboards, bus ads, Google, Facebook, etc.) I will be using to advertise my business with once we have a certain amount of registered businesses on board.
I have met with the local advertising companies but not all (except Google or Facebook, but I have ad accounts with them). I never signed agreements because I want to see how the roll-out of the the brochure goes before I actually sign any agreements with these companies.
My question is... Can I have these company logo's in my brochure even if I don't have any signed agreements with them, legally?
I don't want to have any legal issues once these brochures are sent out to the public.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
PS. The brochures are ready to be sent to the printer, so any way to avoid making changes would be ideal.
Thanks so much everyone!!!
