Cool Learning from Failure: Why do we Fail to Achieve What we want to Achieve?

I am just thinking about this..

Many people shared about their success, pitch about their successful stories, busínesses, lives etc etc..

About the issues of Failure, it is rarely discussed..
I will like to know why do we fail???
What are some of the failures we got???
And what makes us fail to achieve what we fail to achieve???

Another question you can ask is: do we succeed because we have failed in the past?

I have failed at my first business, having to stop after years of hard work. It was undoubtedly the best decision I made. And the hardest one.

But that has laid the foundation for my second company to be successful. We learn more from our mistakes than from our successes...

Many extremely successful people have failed many times before they finally achieved success. Sharing the failures might prove very valuable for people here, albeit uncomfortable for the people admitting them.

I had failed many times over the past (at least) 6 years..
& I am picking up & restarting again..

    Yes, I learnt a lot..
Painful experiences though but they kinda knock precious lessons into my head that I see much better, clearer, deeper & further now..

And yes, not many will want to admit their failures, not to mention sharing them..
