Learn real estate investing the easy way!

As you all know the real estate market is very slow at the moment and has forced me to turn my head to other business ventures. Im working on expanding my real estate business for future business transactions. Foreclosures are through the roof and are only going to end up in one place. The banks will eventually have so many properties they will be forced to sell them for little to nothing. This creates huge investment opportunities for those in the right place at the right time. Some are predicting this will occur next year or a little later but for now no one really knows. Im looking to take a few eager entrepreneurs under my wing and teach them the business in return for there service in growing my business. What you will do for me will actually set up your business at the same time. If you would like to work with me please message me on the forums and tell me why i should work with you.

I go to University of Missouri. I am a sophmore majoring in business finance and banking with an emphasis on real estate. I am going to be getting into commercial real estate but also want to get my residential license and do forclosures. I would like more information on what you are trying to do here. Thanks

I want a piece at real estate

I am also trying to get into real estate but haven't found anyone with the same commitment and ambition to create a real estate company. I live in south texas, deep south texas and the economy is booming. Mission, texas according to a cnn articles is one of the best places to purchase land in the united states. Don't believe me, search for it. I am senior in college majoring in Business Administration with emphasis in Operations. Email any ideas, any business proposals, I want to be debt free, and have my own home to party, not pay rent and live life early, not until my early 30s.

Me and my father recently bought fixed up and sold our first house the problem was that we only ended up making about 10thousand dollars and it took us over 3 months to finish the house. The problem we are having is that we live in such a small community in ohio. But im lookin for more information on buying foreclosures and how to find the right deals...

    Gaulkin,
I'm not sure if location plays a role in your choosing the best candidates to take under your wing but I reside in New York and i'm new to Real Estate. I just recently passed my RE exam and i'm now licensed and ready to get started. I would like to learn all aspects of RE such as forclosure, notes, residential/commercial sales..etc. Since the market is quite slow in my area i'm now forced to do rentals on the side. Doing rentals is not bad but I would like to expand my horizons. To be honest i'm very eager to learn, so if you're willing to teach then i'm here to listen.

    Not to kill it....

But Gaulkin are you aware of the competition you are dealing with?

You got Realtytrac.com as your main competitor. #43 on the fastest 500 growing businesses. On top of that there are tons of other sites, like my buddies site hrnational.com

On your website you said you are willing to buy any house. This seems absolutely ludacris given market conditions...

Im afraid to inform you that there are always deals out there no matter the market condition. Short sales are big right now because we can get huge discounts with banks that have nothing better to do but get rid of houses. I will buy any house given that its a good deal and the sellers are motivated. In the real estate business your leads dont come from your website anyways its just there for your image. Im not competing online for leads at all, that isnt how this business works.

Btw your missing the idea here, i dont make my money from listing houses like realtytrac i make money buying them and selling them myself.
