I have been very interested with the idea of getting involved in real estate, even before hearing short-sale and rags-to-riches stories the "gurus" tell. I've also found they make money from selling these stories by charging people for usless "tips", programs, secrets, etc...
I got burned by a few, and am looking for a fresh start.

I am a freshman majoring in International Business, taking this semester off to see if I should / need to stay in school (starting some projects).

I am very interested.

I am a senior at university currently completing a business finance degree. I was close to investing in a foreclosure property through a bank, but after my due dilligence some aspects of the investments turned out to be shady.

Real estate is my primary concern in terms of business and would love to learn the ropes.
