I've just made a program that serves up leads to agents making calls. We will be using it for our company, activating non-buyers, up selling old customers and reactivating dormant customers. I would like some feedback from the forum on how it can be improved, how you would use it in your business etc.. The demo account is

Also need to mention that this program must be tried with FireFox.. if you open with Explorer you will get a blank page.

yes im about to create the admin interface for ultimate custom ability. im an amateur programmer and this project has taken legs and we're going to install it in a few Indian call centers
