Late Night Catering Truck Business - Boston - Help

I am looking to start a late night mobile food vending business in Boston. There are many areas on Boston where a late night food truck would be a great business as the bars all exit at the same time and normally there are only sausage carts selling sausages for $9.00. I am however finding it very difficult to find any information as to what licensing one would need, how you would get a license, and if there are licenses available? I would really appreciate any help or information from people that have done anything remotely similar.

Check out your state website or give them a call. You can also find an intellectual property attorney in your area.

Not sure if this will help but it is worth a read:

    Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. It seems as though most of the information I am finding, this pdf included, refers to stationary food vending licenses, or carts (not catering trucks) only able to operate in one spot. I feel like I am missing something....

    Another Question:

Would anyone in the Boston area who has worked in the food and beverage industry want to take a moment and discuss this opportunity with me. I am looking for somewhat of a mentor to bounce ideas off of and to get some help in the start up of this idea.
