Does anyone know of a site or place where I can purchase small amounts of lacoste shirts at a good price? Specially one that does not have any contracts or wants you to purchase an X amount?

Sure, Lacoste has wholesale shops across the US. Look at any discount malls in your area...you can find their clothes around 30-50 percent off retail. Outside of that, I don't know if you'll be able to find any discounted products without going directly through them.
