Lacoste, Suing? wtf mate?
I have heard of many people getting letters from Lacoste with the law firm fross and zelnick threatening to sue them for selling counterfeited items. Has anyone one else had this experience, what was the final outcome?

If your selling conferfeited items then obviously your going to get sued, if not then there should be no problem for you.

Id watch out - Birkenhead market near where I live had £100,000 worth of "fake" goods seized the other week. Lacoste is probably the most counterfeited brand out there and so I am not surprised they are suing.

Many governing bodies as well as private companies are now taking action against counterfeited goods - so whether you sell counterfeited goods online or offline...I would stop right now.
