so let me say this first off, i am not apart of this site, the only reason i am here is because i googled robb's name and came up on the other thread about him. and since i saw him posting, i thought i would give this a shot....

i worked with robb for nearly 6 months, i work for one of the biggest independent record labels in the hip hop genre, if you go to robb's website, it has my testimonial on there...he worked for us tirelessly. we became friends. talked on the phone, he was always reliable and honest with me.

but i too, have been victim of this guy.

about 4 months ago, i had him start to design one of my clients legal marijuana dispensary shops, he started the logo, designed it out, showed me the layout and then disappeared.

what sucks about this, is that because he said he needed the cash right away, and not wait for a check from my client (who takes forever) i agreed to front robb the money ($450) because hey, we were friends.

then he dissapeared, after designing the site, never coded it or anything.

countless phone calls, then he moved. nothing

phone got shut off.

found his fathers phone number on anywho.com, called him and asked for robb's number, i have that but he never answers my calls or returns them.

he blocked me on myspace, doesnt take my messages.

doesnt return my emails.

nothing.

i helped this guy with so much money, fronted him many times, only to eventually get burned by him, because my dumbass thought we were friends.

Robb, come on man.....its been 4 months dogg, nothing.

you emailed me once when angela accidentally answered the phone and said you didnt live there, saying you got locked up and you were gonna finish the work...but i already had to pay someone else to finish it....

just, give me my money back dude and we can be on each others merry way....

dont deny any of this either, because i know you see my phone calls, my emails, messages and everything. but nothing.....

i google this guys name ever so often and see other people saying they have been scammed....

i just wanted to let everyone know this situation, and hopefully robb and i can resolve this.

i have emails, messages and phone calls to prove it if anyone is interested.

below is an image of the last email he sent me on jan. 5th saying he was going to send my money and giving his reason why the work wasnt done...

wow, i cant believe how many people this guy has ripped off! I guess you really do get what you pay for.. although im sure there are some web designers out there who do a really good job for a small amount of money. i guess you only find out the hard way as i and many others did. rob if your reading this: thanks for doing all that work for me mate, but your not getting a cent from me.

This is wrong, you can definately file a small claims case even if the person you are suing is in another state. You will just need to get a process server in Michigan to serve him with the lawsuit. Most of the county sheriff departments in Michigan will actually do this for you.

Wait a second.................

What did he claim his relationship with Anglea is?? Because he kept telling me about his friend who died in Iraq and Angela acutally sent me an email saying she was the wife of this deceased soilder. Now that I think back on it. When Robb first told me this, he said "my wife's friend died in Iraq" and now i'm getting emails from Angela as the wife OF the guy who died in Iraq.............
