My businesses are numerous - dome building kits, emergency preparedness consulting, Web 2 Marketing. I try to get involved in businesses that are folllowing the trends we are seeing for the next few years. I see that low cost affordable housing is going to be a must for years to come. Our kits provide that at 7th Haven Development. My studies show that either through global warming or sun warming we will face more earth related disasters that we work with at USPrepared. Web 2 Marketing is the ENTIRE future of the world of business as we note at WOW!Presentation.

So I look for businesses that trend with the times to avoid risk.

    My business is Airbrush Tanning.

Its the newest way to tan. (Its not a booth -- a person sprays you by hand)

And like the 62 year YOUNG man above me -- I stay with the times. My product improves on the flaws of the spray tans before me -- streakyness, uneven fading, color, SMELL, and its SO NATURAL -- you can drink it.

And as far as risk -- well, this type of service is mostly a west coast/ east coast thing and I'm bringing down to Texas the KING of UV tanning in all the of US. I am not the only airbrush tanning studio out here, but I'm making moves to be the prominant airbrush tanning studio. I have partnered up with all the local beauty pageants and have become their official airbrush tan. I am also looking for all the local sports teams as well. (theres a lot in Dallas-Fort Worth) So I am definately try to consume my market and emerge as the top dog. There is unlimited room for growth in my industry right now. All of my competition has what I call "cookie-cutter" equipment and solutions that they buy off a magazine or online -- all my stuff is inhouse and proprietary!

I am in the business of inspiring others to excel.

I run a training company, conducting entrepreneur workshop for youth. I also conduct corporate training for companies.

Risk is reduced by understanding your industry and market. Also start the business with very little money, therefore reduce your financial risk.
