Judy's book definately flopped. I haven't looked at it in several years... in fact the only time I ever used it was to give bad reviews to a restaurant owned by a guy I was suing.

Without knowing too much information on either company, but knowing how similiar they are... what else can it be attributed to other than bad management?

I used it a few months ago. Their website has glitches that was very frustrating to me. Internal issues predicated their demise. After filling out the entire profile, I never got an email verification. Too frustrated to start over.
