Jobsites for small businesses?

I'm looking for job sites that specialize in posting jobs for small business owners...is there such a thing? I dont like craigslist. Anything else?

Hi Southern,

A friend of mine, Bob Davis, is the founder of HireFlyer.com, which is a different concept in job sites. They do have large clients, like AT&T, but they're great for small business. Their pricing is far lower than Monster, Careerbuilder, etc. too. Check it out.
