Job situation question

If you were able to substanially increase the amount of money you made by changing jobs but knew that it would increase the amount of chaos/stress in your life would you do it?

Do you mean switching jobs would create a temporary chaos/stress, or the job would be continuous chaos/stress?

If it was just temporary because of the job change, I would change. The end rewards make it worth it.

If it was ongoing due to the new job, I wouldn't bother. Job related chaos/stress either means a) You are working for an unorganized company or b) you are unorganized yourself. If you are good enough to get that position, keep looking and you will find one with a good company and no chaos/stress that pays the same.
