Job site idea need advice

I m running social networking site http://www.scoubt.com now I would like to offer them some thing more like elevator pitch where they can write about their service 140 words and tag it

It is kind of summary of resume

do you think its good idea?

I like it, but what are you going to do to break the mold? A few suggestions might be limit the users to create a gated community feel. That way people will build the community and it will be supportive as opposed to people just saying whatever they feel. That's just my two cents, but I like the idea.
