Job partner in London

My business is to help french people (but not only french) who wants to live in London in order to improve their english and/or to have work experience in London, which is really aprreciated by employers here in France.
What I am looking for, it\'s somebody who could receive our customers at their arrival in London and help them to settle down: administrative procedures, help them to find a job,... As somebody is already doing this job, it will be at the beginning only a part-time job (can of course continue your business). But at the same time pf the customers, and even more important for us, we want somebody able to create new partnerships for our business, especially with recruitment agencies.
Of course the right person will have profit-sharing and his wage could grow quickly.
