Job Opening- PT/FT at home

I have a job opening for a Placement Specialist. This is just a fancy term for someone that will help me find jobs for my clients.

My company works with international workers that are interested in placement in the United States. We have a large number of candidates coming this year, and some of them need placement. Primarily we are looking for unskilled positions, in the Hospitality, Tourism, Food Service, Construction, Landscaping, and other related fields.

The rate of pay that we are looking for (as far as the jobs for the workers) is anywhere from $7/hr and up, and the jobs have to be for at least 6 months, and at the most 3 years.

My last recruiters were on a salary, but have since started their own businesses and are subcontracting for me. I have one opening for a staff job at the moment, and may have 1-2 more later this month. The pay is negotiable, but will probably start off on a commission basis. Salary options open up with satisfactory reviews following 3 or 6 months of employment. Average top-out pay is $35,000 for P/T and higher for F/T workers.

The position is home-based, unless you live near one of our regional branches. For someone with connections in one of the above-mentioned industries, it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours a day to start earning a decent living.

I have hired traditionally in the past, but have seen that it is usually best to hire within the entrepreneurial community. I usually work best with other self-motivated and success-oriented individuals, and am happy to provide a work experience that will allow them to branch off and form their own businesses along the way.
