    Jacket potato business?

    Hello everyone,

I'm thinking of starting a business in selling jacket potatos. Do you people think it would be a good business when it comes to making profit?

I looked on internet for more info but I couldn't find much about it. I also did some countings on paper and this is the outome:

    on 1 potato I would make a profit of 2 euro ( I would sell 1 potato for 3 euro, so 1 euro would include all the extra costs, toppings etc). If I would sell 100 potatos a day , I would make 200 euro profit x 5 days= 1.000 x 4 weeks = 4.000 euro a month.

Could someone please advice me if this are realistic numbers? (I dont have much experience yet in business).

I will appreciate any kind of advice!

    Thanks in advance , Ann

Hey this wouldn't be profit as you have to think of paying for the location, and where you are selling them. Just a quick thought.
