    Is this ok?

The company I am looking to invest with is registered with the Secretary of State as a LLC when I searched for them. When I checked the BBB it wasn't able to locate that business name. That just means they haven't had any complaints correct?

Hmm...sounds like an interesting situation. Love the fact that you are during due diligence on your part. I think that the fact that the company doesn't have any complaints either means that they don't have any or that they haven't been in busy long enough to gather some other opinions. All companies have them. Even the world's most successful ones but one should look at the ratio of good opinions to negative ones to come up with a decision. Good luck!

That's ok if they don't have any info on BBB. It really does not matter. Try searching online and check if there are any negative reviews on any other website.
