I recently posted about a new product I hope will hit shelves soon but, I was still a bit confused on one aspect. I have the small PET plastic containers, and the flavoring all I need is the labeling. I was wondering if I should apply for a trademark before I pitch it to local food stores or distributors. Do I even need it?
