As long as you don't hire yogurt loving fat kids to work for you.

But seriously, the first thing any entrepreneur should do is write down a business plan....find out what you need and how much it would cost.

Fresh, have you considered a franchise??

You would be able to predict your costs a lot better and the business systems would be there for you already.

The Entrepreneur's Toolkit was pretty helpful to me. It's by Harvard Business Essentials, but there are tons of books on business plans, look at Amazon.

    There's 2 things I gotta say.

    1. How is anybody meant to know how much is enough to open a Frozen Yogurt Store in your area. Unless someone here has done exactly that in exactly your area, then nobody here can actually answer your question.

    2. If you even need to ask that question, then I'd strongly advise against opening this store because you obviously haven't planned anything or even done any research. Formulate a business plan, do some research, get the answer to this question yourself and then open your store.

On a side-not business plans don't need to be too detailed unless you're looking to get investors.
