It's legitimate in terms of legality. I've had numerous people try to get me into it, I believe it's a good concept. The reason I don't want to get into it, is because it gets to a point where people who do it, try to pitch everyone in joining.... watch people start to turn the other way when you approach them..

Exclamation Prepaid Legal Is Definitely Legitimate

Pre-Paid Legal is definitely legitimate. It has been in business for nearly 35 years and was more successful than Microsoft from 1990-1999 according to Success magazine. Network marketing is a revolutionary business form and the people who utilize it with an opportunity like Pre-Paid Legal will enjoy the fruits of financial freedom. The following is a few of the advantages of network marketing:

1. A business with a heart. The beauty of network marketing is that you only succeed when your team succeeds, as opposed to the corporate world where you must step on others to move up. Current management techniques of fear and intimidation are obsolete and create employees who only work hard enough to not get fired (probably because they are being paid the least amount of money that will keep them from quitting). In network marketing, you build a team and help them every step of the way. You win by helping, not hurting.

2. The power of leverage.
Working as an employee or even as self-employed gives you no leverage. The more succesful you become, the more hours you are required to work. No matter how many years you work at the company (even if it is your own), you are limited by your own output. If you contribute 60 hour weeks now, you will still contribute 60 hour weeks 5 years from now (if you are lucky!). With network marketing, you can leverage your income by building a team that will ALWAYS be working for you. This way, if anything happens to you (you get sick, you break your leg, etc.), your income won't be significantly disturbed. Henry Ford once said something along the lines of "I'd rather make $1 off of 100 people than $100 off of 1." Pretty profound, huh? Common sense that is uncommon.

3. The beauty of PASSIVE (RESIDUAL) INCOME. What if at your current lifestyle (where you live, what you eat, how you dress, etc.), your monthly expenses were $5,000 and you had $10,000 coming in month after month, regardless of whether you worked or not. What would you do with your time? Probably not work the same job you are working right now. By building a team that works for you, you create passive income that comes in whether you are skiing in Aspen or golfing on Pebble Beach.

If anyone who is interested on taking a closer look into the Pre-Paid Legal opportunity, I strongly encourage it. They say any great idea is at first violently opposed, then ridiculed, then SELF-EVIDENT. In Europe, 80% of the population has legal insurance. In America, less than 2% have Pre-Paid Legal. "Why would I need legal insurance," you might ask, "when I don't need a lawyer?" Well why do you have medical insurance if you are not sick? They say the average law abiding citizen encounters an average of 4 to 6 legal situations every year. This is because there are countless situations in which you would use a lawyer if you had access to one, but you don't because you are either intimidated by them or cannot afford them. The average American makes less than $15/hour while the average lawyer in America charges $250/hour. When there was this big of an imbalance between average income and hospital bills, the HMO industry exploded.

THIS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU WOULD RATHER HAVE AND NOT NEED THAN NEED AND NOT HAVE.

What if you were to be sued tomorrow? What if you were to be audited? What if you were to get in a car accident and kill a loved one?

Those with Pre-Paid Legal will have legal representation in these and many other situations. Will you?

I would love to give more information on not only Pre-Paid Legal but all aspects of business and the secrets of the rich! Please contact me and visit me website, the links are in my signature.

Thanks to all!

Jon

If pre-paid was illegal it would probably be shut down a while ago.

I had several guys approach me about this business and I told them I was not interested. They kept bugging me so now I don't pick up the phone when they call. Some folks just don't freaking get it, but I guess that's how they make their money

Network Marketing/MLM/Direct Selling as an industry is a good way to make extra money and if you work at it without completely turning people off it can create a good amount of cashflow. I would suggest looking into the top company's before jumping into one just because its the one your friend joined. Good luck.

I agree, the concept sounds great, but I have yet to ever meet anyone who actually uses their services.

Like any insurance agency, I'm sure you get the run around, the stacks of paperwork to fill out, etc...

I actually have a cousin that recently got with PrePaid Legal. He even sent me an information packet, which included a magazine, a nice DVD presentation.

It all sounds good, but I'm not taking any chances at this point. I haven't heard from him in the past few months, so I'm assuming things aren't going as he planned.

Pre-paid Legal

As with any Network Marketing business. Its all a numbers game. For the person who bugs and bugs the hell out of someone to "get in". They are doing the business wrong. Pre-paid Legal is one of the better MLM companies out there. Their President is on the US Chamber of Commerce. Personally, I got into Pre-paid Legal a year ago, and love it. I've used the service and it does what it says, and yes I am making money at it because I follow the rules. Dont worry I wont post my website here just to prove that I dont need a forum to do this business. But for any entrepeneur who wants legal advice, or documents reviewed without forking out $300.00 an hour, the service just makes sense. By the way, MLM is a $25 billion dollar a year industry. Its a business and we treat our business like a business. Later.

Chasing down family and friends is "old school" in Network Marketing. If you are doing the business right they won't even know you were in business until you pulled into their driveway with that new Hummer.

Today the real money is made on the internet. Type in "PrePaid Legal" on Google to see what I mean. With one tiny ad you have people worldwide asking you for additional information about your company.

It's a no brainer, you wake up each morning richer than you went to bed and your family and friends still pickup the telephone when you call.
