    IP for a website....

    Hey guys....

    I was wondering if anyone knows how could i register a trademark and a copyright of a brilliant website idea invented. I know where i can do it online. I need to know with part of the website must be secured. Would be the name? The page? The format?

    Also, do I need a PPA????


    I appreciate any help!
