If you made a good return on your first property, why not do the same for your second, third, fourth etc.? After a few you should be able to employ someone full time to do it with you - that way you could be selling two properties at a time, and expand from there.

    Thanks Luke,

    I have thought about this,

it took 4 years to get the good return I just recieved.
I wanted to look into something besides property, its my belief
the property market will not always be a winner forever

I would have said that replicate your 1st investment would be a good idea, over the last 8 years i have been investing heavily in investment grade stamps and 2 other properties.

Just wondering what kind of investment property you did that took you 4 years to do and get a good return?

If you're looking for faster returns, get into virtual property like websites. Over at digitalpoint forums or flippa.com you can find a whole slew of profiting websites.

Don't know anything about promoting a website to increase it's value? Hire someone who does at odesk.com.

That is where the future lies in the 'property' market.
Do something you're passionate about. It makes a world of difference to your success.
