Recently myself and many entrepreneurs from YE and YGG were working on an investment group, unfortunately this syndication fell through as many of us are too busy to pursue an additional opportunity. While I completely understand I believe this opportunity is rare and should not be passed up and I am looking for a few to join the team.


What's the concept?

Many of you have heard of the TIC (Tenant in Common) mainly referred to for real estate purposes. The TIC allows multiple investors to combine there money and purchase one giant investment allowing them to invest in something they would not be allowed to by themselves, and allowing them to maximize there ROI because of the size of the investment. I want to take the TIC concept to general investments. By grouping together as an LLP, a group of already successful entrepreneurs can combine their money (share dividends) and invest in a venture that we would not be able to invest in individually. By combining each others strengths and weaknesses we can reduce risk by evaluating different types of ventures, investments, or even real estate and choosing one to invest in.

Who am I looking for?

I would prefer already in business entrepreneurs, however I would consider soon to be in business entrepreneurs. The most important characteristics are the ability to work hard and extremely business savvy. This opportunity will allow us to invest together as a team as opposed to individually.

My intention is to build a company, an LLP to be exact. Each member will provide a specific strength to the company so we can provide a unified front. There will be stocks given out for contributions to the investment fund, the idea is to make smarter investments and increase the investment fund (i.e the company net worth and the stock). Each member will be part of the team, some will lead more active roles such as the CEO, CFO, COO, etc. and others will be on the Board of Directors to assist in decision making.

absolutely. Just waiting to round everyone up that is interestes so we can select officers and a board and get all the paperwork out of the way so we can attract more investors. We will be taken much more seriously once we are incorporated.

Hey everyone,

We are looking for an initial investment per member of around $1000. Please remember EACH person will put in this amount. Once we pool together our funds we will then choose an investment.

In response to you Acula, I myself am very open minded. I prefer to be agressive in investments, i.e hedge funds, real estate, tax liens, etc etc. I am always willing to research new investment types. Once we have at least $15,000 we will all input which investments we prefer. It is also important to note that since everyone will be contributing to our total, each person can vote for which type of investment they would like to go with, majority will win the vote.

Gunshy, I don't necessarily need a resume, a brief bio of experience and strengths would be helpful. If you do not want to post it here you can PM me.
