Investing in Oil from Russia

I have a friend who had a recent client discuss her investment in oil. From what I was told is basically that she had an opportunity through her company to invest around $200,000 into a few spots on this ship coming from Russia with oil. This investment would pay her $180,000 a month for like the next year or something to that effect.

Has anyone ever heard of something like this? I was a bit skeptical about believing this but she had a great amount of assets and with crude oil prices today, this would be something to possibly look into.

It is obvious this invest needs a large sum of money, but the pay out is that of at least 5 times of the initial investment in a very short period of time. It is notably obvious you have no knowledge of investments.
