Okay,

I want to make like an online internet radio show, a live one. What do I need to do to make a live streaming broadcast? Is there any legal stuff I need to do? Is there software to make something like this? Please tell me everything I should know before starting this project.

Anyone else who has done similar stuff, please share your experiences.

This is for a forum site I am building for a new game coming out. Do you think that this could(keyword there ) yeild some profit, since as of right now there is no one else that caters to this game?

You mean podcast? there are a lot of free online streaming websites that allows you to record live and broadcast at the same time.
