[Search Engine Market]

I need some help here!

I was doing this internet marketing for quite some time to improve my website traffic and rankings on the search engine results.
I have done:
* blogging
* directory submission
* article submission
* and forum posting
still the traffic i have is not enough to make my site visible to the top of the search engine results.

Is there other strategies i haven't tried?

Wouldn't it be wise to know your subject/topic before you start and promote your site?

May I know how long you blog and do all the marketing? All I know is it takes time to get traffic and rank well in search engine.

You're niche is arguably one of the absolute hardest to reach the top of any search engine.

What keywords are you trying to get rated high in? You may be picking too broad of a keyword. Try doing a search on keyword volume for keywords related to the search term you are currently going for. See if there are more specialized keywords that still get a lot of searches. That would probably be your best bet.

It's tough aiming for higher rankings when there are hundreds or thousands of other sites on search engine marketing that have been around for years, and years, and currently rank very well and they offer a good content, it's going to be a long time before you'll be recognized. Plus, your keyword is broad. Make sure you have a good content.

i know its tough to get high to the search engine results.

Hey, at least he's humble enough to ask for help, and that is admirable.

The best way to make a site rank high in search engines is to have a lot of visitors. Design your content for visitors; they will come, talk about your site online, and produce backlinks. I've tried this for years, and that's always been the best strategy for me.
