I have been assigned to start-up a clothing line for my company. The owner wants the clothing manufactured in Vietnam.

I am having the toughest time getting any information or help. I think I have choosen the correct company to do the clothing line. This company is also used by other big name companies in the US.

I need help contacting this company as I do not speak the language. I have tried contacting the Vietnamese Trade Commission, but the situation with them does not feel right. Besides the fact that he was very rude each time I spoke with him.

Any ideas? Do I need a broker or manufacturers rep. maybe? If so, I need help on that too, can't seem to find one of those either.

Please no suggestions of manufacturing outside vietnam, my boss is not flexible on this point.
