As Leonyu stated, there are different regulations for each country. Advise on the third world country that you want to start the farm in.

As for incorporating. That would be a good idea to limit your liability. You would need to follow up on the above responses before doing that though.

How about BPO in the Philippines? Filipinos got excellent english profeciency in oral and written communication. You get cheap labor, but quality work.
