Interested in Creating a Sauce Company

hi im looking to open my own sauce company based on the sauce my restaurant uses. It is a pretty well known sauce in my city and tastes good with pretty much anything. Now i want to mass produce and bottle it but im unsure of where to begin. I found a company whom analyze, formulate, and enchance sauces but at quite a high price. If anyone could point me in the right direction that'd be great sorry this post is very short as im in a rush to eat dinner with someone. I live in Canada btw

    thanks

Hello. I am one of the owners of pittsburghpeppercompany.com. Gourmet Wing Sauces. We just signed a deal with the Pittsburgh Penguins. They will be selling our sauce. Due to high advertising costs We need some quick money. We already found two investors. We need 1 more. The deal is the investor will give $2,500. In 7 months you get $3,000.00. 20%. Guaranteed. This is not a fortune you will make, but its $500.00 in 7 months for doing no work. Thanks for reading. If you are serious e-mail me at jccsolinski@comcast.net. Jim."

I think you need artworks for your packing at least. You could make your own logo and brand in unique. I am not so familiar with sauce business. Sorry

Well some restaurants pack their sauces and sell to the customers at the restaurant itself. That would be a good beginning. Customers can talk to their friends and get more business as well. For mass production, you will need to contact an expert as you need to ensure the sauce stays the same for a long time and there are expiry dates etc to be taken care of as well.
