    Incorporate or Not?

    Hello,

I am starting to work with my first web designer, who would be a foreign-exchange student that would intern for the creation of my website. I have not yet incorporated my company. How can I work with this web designer and get all the right paper work and own the rights to his designs, without having to go through all the incorporating(because of costs)? or is incorporating my company something I should do?

    agreement for web developer

There is no need to be incorporated at this time. Once you have the funds and revenue in place, you can consider incorporating. It sounds like you are at the initial stages of starting your business- incorporation can wait.

I can give you a copy of the agreement I used with my web developer. Just send me your email (using the link in my signature) and I'll send it to you. All you have to do is input all the necessary information into the required fields and make any necessary changes that you need and you're good to go!

    Good luck!
