The last thing anyone wants to here is those words by an analyst reviewing your Business, right? Most of us don't even realize that 85% of Business owners today are on that road from the first day unless they yield and open there doors to the market around them and in todays economy every dollar counts.
So where are we missing out? That really depends on where you are located. What I am saying is the population around what is their nationality. How well do you acknowledge their customs?

•The Grocery checker you have seen a 100's of times?
If you answered "No" to any of the above I will ask you this, why not? I challenge you to get to know these people. You may find you have much in common. Success has never been more evident to a persons own life then when they bridged the gap in their own mind.
So with that let me bring about the greatest blunder by business owners today. Only marketing products or services to a particular group of people due to a language barrier. Many will say I advertise to everyone, you do in English but what about Spanish, Chinese or Russian for example, to gain market value to an area you have to open your doors to them. These people can be your greatest asset. Yes I have heard business owners say, I only speak english. I don't have time to learn (ex. Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese or Russian). That makes it even easier, hire someone that is bilingual to bridge that gap. The Spanish market for example has some very interesting facts you may be interested in.

•Growth has been over 300% in buying power in the last 3 yrs.,their spending power has increased 5x it's number in the last 3 years.
•52% search the Internet through Google
•4 out of 5 are more apt to do business with someone speaking Spanish

•4 out of 5 Spanish speaking consumers repeat business with English business owners that bridge the gap due to feeling more respected.
So there you are, you have a world of busines around you, invest in it and they will invest in you. Go after your whole reach of potential consumers and you will find that you will get busier than you have been.
