Talking in need of help starting up my business

Hey all!!.. im thinking of opening a little sneakers boutique in my hometown .. and i have this little survey and it'd mean the world to me if u guys gave me a couple of minutes of your time to do it!! THANKS ALOT if u do it! .. pleaase ..! its not a normal shoes shop ud see .. and im entering a business competition with this idea so this survey is crucial to my bid to win this competition .. please ..

I have no much idea about the domain that is the market and the competition in that feild but i want to suggest you on few things--

I) Observe the environment of Competitors in your location -the products -the models -the prices----

II)If it is town with spendthrifts go for branded and costly items else go with low cost and attractive items with resonable discounts shown..This may help you out.

III) Keep a greater stress on the marketing strategies..like reach the right audience before you really start with.

Dont know whether usefull or not but will be happy if usefull
