In need of Custom Apparel Manufacturer / Producer

I am helping launch a clothing company. We are looking for a good manufacturer of everything custom. We do not want a company who prints t shirts using American Apparel, Hanes, ect. We want a place that can sew and custom make everything themselves. Tag-less is most important. Also good pricing.

As of now we are only printing t shirts for advertisement but we will be getting into everything else. We want a manufacturer who can produce more than just shirts. Button downs, sweaters, blazers, jeans, pants, ect. And all custom to our designers specifications.

Your best bet is to get in touch with a Chinese manufacturer through something like Alibaba. However, most of those custom clothing manufactures require huge unit production minimums of between 1k-10k units per item. They will even custom label and custom package all items for you - as long as you get into a contract with them and put a large figure down for their minimums.

Hi JordanLight, Im a Singaporean entrepreneur here. What I can offer you is to manufacture the clothes of your own design, place your branding (tags/logos) and package it as you like. Be it blazers, jackets, jeans, dress shirts or tshirts, it all can be done. However, there are several questions you must ask yourself.

1. What kind of quality are you looking for? What materials should be used? (Cotton? Nylon?)
2. What kind of quantity are we talking about?

These two questions would dictate the kind of pricing that is being offered to you. The bigger the quantity, the smaller the unit costs!

I will need at least a thousand pieces (t shirts) at first. Combined with all designs. Has to be good quality. I was thinking 50/50 Cotton and Polyester. I like the American Apparel 50/50 tee's. But the don't sell without tags unless one spends about 15K, which wouldn't be worth it at this time.

Hey! There is no problem getting quality. When you mention a few thousand pieces combined with all designs, what do you mean? One thousand piece per design, plus you have a couple of designs? Or maybe 5 (random number) designs totalling about one thousand pieces?

I want about 1000 pieces in total cut into about 3-5 designs (at least, it depends on price/per shirt) . I want comfortable 50.50 material (cotton.polyester), like American Apparel. Need black, grey and white, and maybe 2 other colors. It really depends on the price.

I'm starting a clothing company. We will be using these t shirts to advertise the name and build a brand. We will be handing out most of the shirts and selling some.
