in 18 months?

so my question is, in 18 months how much do you think you yourself could accomplish? please be realistic and why do you think you could do so much/little?

you mean organize, or physically do. With cash flow, and the proper list of contacts , ie writers, web developers ect. For full outsourcing

Building out a profitable E-commerce business could take merely months. The main factor with traffic and back links being the age of the domain.

This might have a lot to do with the industry I was involved with but in general I would relate this to my ability to attract and sell to customers, in some cases it might mean actually building a market. It might mean training and building a sales force. relatively perfecting a web page etc. I have been in this situation several times in my life. Always in something I new very little about.
I like to hit the ground running but not target my prime market until I get my feet wet and learn a bit more about what I am doing. My primary concern is always the highest level of customer service possible so customer service and sales go hand in hand.
In 18 months I feel I will have successfully identified the prime markets and the means to attract them and have a sufficient support base to be able to keep them. Steve
