Stay in the same market. Make a new site that sells your product but maybe a different business model. Most of the large online business have 2-6 websites they run that are basically the same thing. You eat up more market share that way.

For example.. a competitor of mine... neeps-inc.com they operate many websites that sell the same products but each site is different... wether is is free shipping or just products for a certain pet, etc.

They jst recently launched thecagestore.com ... just another more of a niche site for them to operate.

Different - in what way? Completely different as in a totally different industry?

How about getting into something not for profit? It sounds like your current business is paying the bills and giving you free time to contemplate new business. Why not use your business skills for philanthropreneurship?

Yes, I see your idea about different site simular product.

We have already got our market covered as simply we have a far better service on offer.

We are also working on new service types to offer (launching around about april)

I am looking for a site as more of a hobby.

I love the internet always have and the excitement and reach it brings.

So my quest goes on......looking for another website/business

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As for the non-profit idea.

It does not really get me excited.

I'm an entrepreneur and the prospect of making money (more money) is what drives me

Does the money have to go back to you? You can still be motivated by the money and but put some of it back to your community or a cause etc.

I'm generally motivated by money too, however it's usually that I'm generating the money with my ideas and methods that excites me. What I do with the money isn't always as important.

You will find good sites listed (along with some crap) at the sales forums of:

www.sitepoint.com
www.namepros.com
www.webmaster-talk.com

Just stay away from eBay. SitePoint is generally my favorite places to shop.
