I'm in need of a new Merchant account ASAP. I need help finding a legitimate one that accepts herbal products.

I run an online herbal business selling Kratom. Kratom has gotten a bad wrap over the last few years and most US merchants will not accept Kratom accounts.

I was cut off of one US merchant account about 6 months ago.

Then I had a "merchant broker" who set me up with a terrible oversees merchant account that was charging me 10% monthly and $1/transaction.

Does anybody have any recommendations for a legitimate merchant (and Gateway) which accepts herbal accounts? Obviously it would be great if it were US based but Oversees is perfectly fine too. There's so many scam sites offering high-risk merchant services, I just need some help finding the good ones out there.

How legit is the business, ie is it registered (llc), do you have your business bank account, etc.

As legitimate as possible.

I have an LLC for the Kratom company and I am the own/creator of the business. I have a Tax ID number too.

I have a business bank account with Bank of America (I know, they weren't my first choice) and my business LLC is on my bank paperwork. They originally offered me a merchant account but when they found out it was Kratom, they turned me down. However, the bank account is in great standing and they said they will never have a problem with the my business account, they just can't connect it with a BoA merchant.

Everything is legit.
