    And just how exactly do you plan to measure this? How can it be proven? Maybe you should do it over a shorter time scale so that those involved are more likely to be active on the forum after that time. One month, two months?

    2 months is way too short, nothing big can be achieved in just 2 months.

    How it can be proven?
    For example,if you have a website,by how many visitors and/or money you made with the website.

    @The panthom ghost.
    That's a good idea. Maybe it would be even better if the admins would give him/her a title of "entrepreneur of the year" below their nickname or something.

    I think this will be a motivation booster for those who participate.

    Have you heard the phrase 'A week is a long time in politics.' The same applies to business. You might not achieve miracles in 2 months but if you are unable to measure any form of change over an 8 week period then there is a major flaw in your BC.

    Back to the proof, anyone can make up sales figures

    I have no idea how to show proof, but 2 months is way too short for me.

    It seems like you have a website already up and running, but i'm still working on something and i don't know when it'll be ready. Therefor it will be easier for you to notice any change in 2 months than for me.

    And giving a title to a winner every 1 or 2 months will make the title less rare and less valuable.

    Maybe you are right about 1 year being too long, but 2 months isn't good either.

    EDIT: I've started a group for those who are interessted in this.

    Compromise at 6 months? My main reason for thinking a year is too long is based on how few members on YE have actually been here for or a year (or in my case, although my account is 4 years old I haven't been constantly active over that time)

    You do have a point there.
    6 months would be good.
