If You Could Ask Any Successful CEO....

I am doing a school project and need some input.

If you could ask any Successful CEO (Company is Publicly Traded) any question, what would it be.

Please tailor the question to how he/she got started, motivation, effort, ideas, etc..

How do you effectively manage your time, so that you can maintain some level of acceptable sanity?

I would really be interested in how they got started, but that isn't really in line with what you are asking for.

Here's a good one: what books would you recomend to someone who would like to be in your position in the future?

When many people think CEO, they think successful rich individual. While this is true, how much of your success do you attribute to successful work in teams? How important is a strong team over a strong individual?

It depends on the job, to be honest. However, a strong team, in most instances, would be much more effective at a particular task than just one person. Countering, keep in mind that there still has to be someone to pull it all together.
