I'm sorry I don't buy art, but it looks like you are try to collect some survey data. Check out wufoo, they offer a free online form builder that you can use to make surveys. It walks you through form construction and gives you copy and paste code that you can host on your site. Hope this helps.

I collect art. I buy several pieces per year. The only thing that I enjoy outside work is golf. I try to play twice a month sometimes more.

I buy about six paintings a year.... I don't see how you are going to relate my recreation to my purchases but...

I run a small company.. I travel a lot for work.. I play volleyball and kickball both in leagues. I'm a regular at an Irish Pub as well as a few different restaurants.. hmmm... interesting question...

I buy most of my art from no name artists under the age of 25 (unless I see a painting I have to have). I buy original abstract oils only... I've paid any where from $50 to $1000 for a painting... average is more like $250

    Hope that helps...

I buy a fair bit of art.
For recreation, I actually do other arty things. Life Drawing classes, photography, painting (well, airbrush), and general illustration. Nothing serious, because other than photography I'm not very good at any of them... but I like to do it.
    I also go wine tasting.

I buy art...I have some Wes Freed prints, some antique maps, paintings I found in antique stores in New Orleans ect.. When you asked what I like to do for recreation, my first thought was: bars. But, I recently went tubbing down the Frio river. For anyone thats not from Texas or Louisiana, down here its very popular to go tubing down small rivers with a bunch of buddies and a bunch of beer. There are so many campgrounds, hotels, moetels, rentals, restraunts, bars ect, catering to the hundreds of thousadns of people that do this in the summer. I've never seen any of it depicted in art. ITs beautiful country there too. Also, I've wanted to drive through the country side and take pictures of rusting farm equipment forever, but never have
