Ideas for recruitment agency

I'm a Human resources amanger looking to start a recruitment agency in Africa but don't know where to start.

I can speak three languages from the region but as I am based in the U.K im struggling on finding investors and clients. My ideal clients would be multi-national companies.

Lastly any ideas of a good recruitment name?

Why you are based in UK when you are trying to open recruitment in Africa? You should go around visiting employers in Africa, then start to build a database of employees so you could start to match them...
