Ideas for an ebook

I was thinking about maybe writing an ebook to make some passive income. Could anyone give me some advice on the pros and cons of this and some tips on maybe marketing an ebook to maximize revenue.

Also i have no idea what i would write an ebook about. What do you think are some good topics to write on?

I think the best ebook you could write would be regarding a subject that you know a lot about. What are your interests? What experience do you have? What do you know how to do better than most people would? Once you have narrowed it down to what you would like to write about, get started! The most important type of marketing out there is to have product in hand, once that's accomplished, you will be in a much better position to ask what are the best ways to market your product.
