Ideas about getting feedback.

Hi Guys,
I have been trying to get feedback from my customers at Compare Prices, Store Reviews and Ratings by Real People.

Every shipping email I send them link to leave feedback. I have sent emails to the customer which I have given free refunds. I have donated some items to charities. Still so far not a single feedback.
Any ideas , how can get that?

I am surprised that you are not getting any feedback, even when offering incentives. Why not try offering this on the order confirmation page, instead of a separate email? It is possible the email just gets deleted without being opened, or even gets thrown into most receivers' spam filters.

Never heard of that company... why not try BizRate.com? Being that it's a brand more people know, it may be more obvious that you are soliciting feedback.

Either you or I misunderstood - I took it that gofrugal owns resellerratings. Did I miss something? (It happens quite a bit, so I wouldn't be surprised if I have! :P)
